Creating effective virtual military training requires skills in advanced technologies, subject matter expertise and experience in instructional design. The RDR Simulation and Training team leverages this unique combination of qualities to design and deliver virtual training courses and technology that meet customer requirements for technical accuracy and critical improvements in student performance.

Located in Pensacola, Florida, the RDR team begins by working with customers to evaluate specific training needs and objectives. Then, we integrate state of the art technologies such as voice recognition and synthetic speech with COTS and legacy systems to create realistic, simulated environments where students learn how to react to specific field situations. Simulation training is often paired with electronic classroom sessions, supporting courseware and testing, all developed and administered by RDR's team.
